Customer Reviews:

  1. We understand how amazing this saw is, and that accidents can happen to the finest of us; but then what? My saw’s motor just quit. I expected to be transferred, placed on hold, and forced to jump through hoops until I was denied or put in a long line for repair. It did not happen. General International conducted itself in a professional manner. I connected to the American Division manager right away, and he wanted the specifics of my complaint. He requested a copy of my purchase receipt. After a week, a fresh saw showed up at my house. This is how service should be; “Oh, you have an issue; please allow me to take care of it.” This is what all companies should aim for. I’m a delighted client.!
  2. This was one of the finest investments I’ve ever made. My spouse adores it. The packing was excellent. He was working the saw right away because it was so easy to set up. The stand was designed especially for the saw and took a little longer to put together because the instructions were not good pictures rather than written words. It was simple enough, and once we figured it out (according to YouTube) it was a snap. I’d suggest this scroll saw to anybody. It’s a lot of fun, and I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment with it.
  3. I was not able to locate it on the product page, but keep in mind this saw is made in China. The saw that was delivered is black, not green. A 16 implies a 21; most likely a 21. Vibration is limited, yet it is still felt. I’m not sure about the plastic coverings below the table. There’s nothing in the instruction booklet about it, but it makes feeding a blade through the wood and table difficult. I’m guessing that when the hole gets bigger, it’ll be o.k. The table’s scratched surface disappoints me. A ding was discovered on the front edge of the table, which was scratching my projects. It had to. Because the plastic below the table prevents small internal holes from falling through, it eliminates the need for internal cutouts. This limits wood movement. The shroud must be removed. Although the dust collection is sufficient, the input airflow is limited, putting a strain on the vacuum. I should mention something pleasant here. There is almost no vibration while it is attached to a table. The tilting head is fantastic since I make a lot of angled cuts.
